I was charged over 250 bucks for an 8-pound delivery. It showed up in a massive box stuffed with air bags. I reached out to them for over a month trying to sort out the weight and cost, but it was a lost cause. Never doing this again!

they made me pay over 250$ for a 8 pound shipment. arrived with huge box full of air bags. I contacted them over a month back and forth to fix the wight and price but it was hopeless. never again!

Seriously, just steer clear of this site. It's not worth your time or money. Trust me, you’ll regret it if you don’t!

I bought three products from a US site. I asked them to take off all the extra boxes to lighten the load, but in the end, they shipped everything with those boxes still attached. When I reached out to them, they just ignored my messages and kept sending me automated replies to shrug off their responsibility.

I purchased 3 items from a US website , I requested them to remove all the attached boxes to save some weight, but at the end they sent me the shipment with the extra boxes and when i tried to contact them they ignored me and they kept send me an automated message to deny their responsibility

I really didn't enjoy my time dealing with them. Every error they make, they just mess it up.

Had a bad experience with them. Every mistake they do, they screw up.

I'm really let down by them and for sure won't be ordering again... This is the second time they’ve refused to send one of my purchases with some lame excuse... Meanwhile, Amazon is actually getting those items delivered... I was just trying to save a few bucks by combining shipments, but now it’s gonna cost me a lot more since I also have to cover the return... A few months back, they pulled the same stunt... I sent a package to another country, and they claimed it was a banned item (essential oils), but guess what... my mum got her shipment from them a month later, so it clearly wasn’t banned after all... Don’t throw your money away... I’d much rather go with Aramex and pay for each package to get them than trying to save a few bucks by merging shipments and ending up spending way more when they decide something is a prohibited item.

I'm very disappointed at them and definitely won't use them anymore... This is the 2nd time that they refuse to ship one of my purchase under false pretext... When Amazon is actually delivering those items... I was just trying to save costs by merging packages and actually, its going to cost me way more as i also need to pay for the return... Few months ago they did exactly the same... so i shipped to another country, they also told me it was a prohibited item (essential oils) and guess what... my mum received my shipment from them a month later so it wasn't so prohibited after all... Don't waste your money... I'd rather use Aramex and pay for each package and receive them than trying to save cost on merging packages and ending up pay way more money for the shipment, when they don't decide that this is a prohibited item

The shipping fees are pretty steep, and the app's layout provides a really off estimate, making it tough to cancel in time. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone unless they don't mind the shipping expenses.
